The numbers in brackets next to each dish refer to this list, required by EU Regulation 1169/2011.

The fourteen allergens

    Wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut and products thereof.

    Crustaceans

    Crustaceans and products thereof.

  3. 3

    Eggs

    Eggs and products thereof.

  4. 4

    Fish

    Fish and products thereof.

  5. 5

    Peanuts

    Peanuts and products thereof.

  6. 6

    Soybeans

    Soybeans and products thereof.

  7. 7

    Milk

    Milk and products thereof, including lactose.

  8. 8

    Nuts

    Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and products thereof.

  9. 9

    Celery

    Celery and products thereof.

  10. 10

    Mustard

    Mustard and products thereof.

  11. 11

    Sesame seeds

    Sesame seeds and products thereof.

  12. 12

    Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

    At concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l.

Our kitchens handle every major allergen, so cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. An asterisk next to a dish marks products frozen at source or blast-chilled on the premises, under EC Reg. 853/2004.
