Frequently asked questions

How much does a day at the beach cost?

Prices vary between weekdays and weekends and depend on what you choose: an umbrella with sunbeds, a double sunbed or a single deckchair. Students and under-30s pay €8 for each single item. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send the current price list and availability.

Are the sunbeds and umbrellas well spaced?

Yes, it's a deliberate choice by the new management: the spots are wider than the average on this coast, so you don't have a neighbour thirty centimetres away.

What's the difference between a sunbed, a double sunbed and a deckchair?

A sunbed is the classic single reclining bed. A double sunbed is twice as wide, for two people or for anyone who wants more room. A deckchair is lighter and easy to move. All three can be hired by the day or by season.

Do I need to book?

No. Beach access is free and you can simply turn up. At weekends and in August it helps to message the evening before, so we can confirm availability and hold your spot.

How does the student rate work?

Each single item costs €8: sunbed, deckchair or umbrella. Take only what you need and pay eight euros each, every day. Just show your student card or ID at the desk.

Can I eat on the beach?

Yes. From 1pm the restaurant serves at the table facing the sea, or you can order takeaway and eat under your own umbrella. In the evening we are restaurant and pizzeria.

How do I get here from Rome?

Take the Roma–Lido train from Piramide to Lido Centro, then it's a five minute walk to the sea. By car it's about half an hour from the city centre.
